Union General update

I know I neglect this page!!! I think that it's about time to make this page bilingual! We're starting to receive comments from places around the world that we have not visit yet!! Is this what we call the power of music?? To everybody who visit this page for the first time, welcome! 

The album is out since the end of February and so far so good! It's hard to let go of these songs, after all the work done, I always have the feeling that I must put something else in the mix. We're working on new songs (enough for a new album...but shhhh!) I know that we should do promotional stuff and shows for the album, but we'll have to wait a little because our great drummer Karl Schmitz is going to be a daddy! (A real daddy...not a solo project!!...who wants a drummer's solo project? I'm going to receive hate-mail for that quote, right?) Seriously, congratulation to the happy couple!!! We luv ya!

By the end of summer we're going to play new stuff: "Shut up", "Hello again", "Waking up" and "Fear is not the answer" are some of the tiltes. Stay tuned!! By the way you can hear some (not that serious) music from our rehearsal space on the band's SoundCloud (http://soundcloud.com/union-general) some jams, demos and fun stuff will appear there. For the serious stuff go to the band's Bandcamp (http://uniongeneral.bandcamp.com/) and have a listen to our first album!

In other news, the Indie Bands Blog posted a review of our album on their website: http://networkedblogs.com/xtxlx It's an amazing website that features indie bands from around the world and it's a great way to discover fresh new music. (Curiosity is a great thing, you know!) Check it out!
